WEEKEND ITINERARY
Welcome dinner
When: Friday, April 24, 2026 at 6:00PM
What: Kick off the wedding weekend with a poolside dinner. Expect great food, cocktails, and live jazz music as we get ready for an amazing weekend ahead!
Wear: Chic Attire - Think stylish but comfortable. Sundresses, linen shirts, and effortless elegance is the vibe.
Hotel check-in is at 4pm
Wedding day
When: Saturday, April 25, 2026
What: The day will start with a continental breakfast served in the main dining room where guests can come when they please. We encourage guests to explore the town of Castillon for its charm and walk around to all the adorable French boutiques. We will gather late afternoon for Hors d’Oeuvres and drinks. Shortly after the ceremony will begin with live Jazz music and wedding to follow!
Wear: Black Tie Optional – Formal attire is encouraged, but comfort and personal style are welcome. Tuxedos or suits, long dresses or elegant cocktail attire are all perfect for the occasion.
Farewell brunch
When: Sunday, April 26, 2026 - 10:00am
What: Before we part ways, join us for a relaxed farewell brunch to wrap up the weekend. We'll have a spread of food, seasonal fruits, and plenty of coffee to help cure hangovers. It’s a chance to share one more meal and soak up a final moment together.
Wear: Smart Casual – Think effortless. Sundresses, breezy shirts, and relaxed styles are perfect.
